If you are a graduate student, you will need to complete the Change of Degree Completion Term Request form. You must only submit the Change of Degree Completion Term Request if you have already submitted an Application for Graduation and need to adjust your expected graduation date. Your Graduate Coordinator will need to approve your request.
Completing the Application for Graduation initiates your eligibility to participate in the Commencement Ceremony and notifies Evaluations to review your record for degree completion at the end of the term you indicate. You will be notified via email whether we are able to award your degree or not.

Concentration information is listed on the diploma for graduate students but not undergraduates. The concentration information will be noted on transcripts.
